Robotics

 

RPGA Studio has been teaching robotics for 10 years. We use robotics to teach everything from art to science.  First, students learn to follow instructions by building a robot from instructions. Later, students will build their own robots. Students learn all about sensors and how they are used to interact with the world around them. Students will also learn about logic such as switch routines and if statement.

 

Robotics is also a great class to learn about robotics careers and how robots are shaping our future. Students learn all about the Google car and the impact it can have on saving lives. Imagine a car that knows when someone is falling asleep? Or a car that can drive for someone who is blind. And, not only do students learn about it, they design small prototypes in class.
