Art With Legos

 

Students learn about Legos as a piece of artwork. They look beyond the kits and see what contemporary artists are doing with Legos. They learn how to work collaboratively and build using layers and other techniques. This residency is perfect for 2- 8 week programs and can be adapted for 7-14 year olds. Our teachers have won grants from foundations to create works of art around NYC using Legos. Their artwork has been featured in print and on television.
